In the short 3 years St. Michael Catholic Radio has been on-air, God has used this medium to bring people in the Diocese of Tulsa closer to Him. We are continuing to grow and provide more for our Diocese, under the approval and blessing of Bishop David Konderla.Over the last 6 months, founders David Niles and Adam Minihan came to the realization that the only way to continue moving the station forward and to capitalize on the momentum would be to hire our first full time employee. After reviewing many qualified candidates, and many hours in prayer, we are happy to announce that Joe McAuliff has accepted and started the position of Director of Development. As the Director of Development, Joe works with benefactors to advance the mission of St. Michael Catholic Radio: spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ! Joe is also a graduate of Mercy College of Health Sciences, earning a bachelors degree in healthcare administration. In December of 2016, Joe earned his masters degree in healthcare administration from Des Moines University. Before joining St. Michael Catholic Radio, Joe worked at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa, as a telemetry technician, department support assistant, and physician recruiter. He has always been an active member in his parish community whether it be serving at the altar or as a lector at Mass, engaging with the local Novos group for young adult Catholics, or simply spending that most blessed time in Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. His favorite saints are St. Joseph (foster father of Jesus), St. Francis de Sales, and St. Thomas More. Our goal, as expressed in our last Theology at the Tower, is to Make Tulsa Catholic Radio Country! We want to serve our local community and provide great Catholic content to all who listen.
